bullet Neuroscan, Inc.

Co-founded by Mr. Wright, CEO of Next Century, Neuroscan is a world-leading developer of research software for neurophysiology, neuroimaging, and neurodiagnostic systems. Neuroscan is providing the tools to increase understanding and improve treatment of this most complex and least understood system of the human body. The Company is a provider of technologies for high-density EEG recordings, electro-magnetic source localization, multi-modal neuroimaging and enhancements to functional MRI. Neuroscan's products are in use at over 1500 universities, corporate laboratories and national research institutes in approximately 40 countries. Neuroscan was NCT’s first investment.

NCT sold its shareholding in Neurosoft (Neuroscan’s parent) to The Marmon Group on June 1, 1998.

bullet Electro-Medical Research Systems S.A de C.V.

Headquartered in Mexico City, Electro-Medical Research Systems distributes and services medical devices in the fields of neurology, cardiology and emergency medicine to healthcare customers in Mexico and Central America.

NCT sold its shareholding in EMRS to the Founders of the Company on July 25, 2003.

bullet Med-Tech Systems Ltd.

Med-Tech Systems was established in 1997 and is a leading distributor of neurology and cardiology products and supplies to the healthcare community in the UK and Ireland. The company’s main office is located in London, England.

NCT sold its interest in Med-Tech to Brain Vision (UK) Ltd. on February 1, 2004.

Vanward Technologies LLC

Vanward is a leading - service firm for the software development community. Founded in 2002 and  recently acquired by JNetDirect,  the Company’s customers include General Dynamics, Bell Canada, Nextel, Verisign Spirent and Cardinal Health. In addition to consulting services, Vanward introduced a new management tool for monitoring software development productivity and enhancing the capabilities of developer testing / quality called Convergence in late 2004.

NCT sold its shareholding in Vanward to JNetDirect Incorporated on September 1, 2005.
