Next Century Technologies Adds Rick Burnheimer as CFO
Reston, VA – February 13, 2003 – Next
Century Technologies, Inc. (“NCT”) of Reston, Virginia
announced today that it has appointed Richard (Rick) J.
Burnheimer as Chief Financial Officer for the Corporation.
Mr. Burnheimer was Vice President and
Treasurer of Motient Corporation for eight years and prior
to that position was the Director of Finance and Treasurer
of C-TEC Corporation in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He also
served in the Finance Departments at Black & Decker
Corporation and Ford Motor Credit Corporation. Mr.
Burnheimer received his undergraduate degree at Washington &
Jefferson College and his MBA from the University of
Pittsburgh’s Katz Graduate School of Business.

of the Company. “Rick will assist on several new investments
and acquisitions by NCT that are in the final stages.
Additionally, he will oversee the Company’s first private
placement to raise capital for the further expansion of
